Tarra,
Reality check!
Newsflash YOUR PREGENT!!!!!!
Okay now that I have that out of my system... I may be a man but my understanding is that pregenacy isn't exactly fun, and if I recall my aunt's first few months weren't that pleasent either. I think the biggest problem here is you have 5, FIVE other kids to look after and your in an emotionally and mental draining family and business (PCOSA) situtation are not helping.

Hi Tarra,
My name is Tara and I recently e-mailed you through your personal e-mail - i hope you get that e-mail. I think I'm a little confused - i thought you were already tested by EPC and started eating according to your list of good foods? If that's not the case, have you been using the elimination diet on your own? When do you plan to get tested?
Whatever you do please don't consider eating foods that could cause any medical problems, especially since you are already pregnant. Please let me know what I can pray about for you specficially in terms of the test.
It does sound like you have your hands full - perhaps you need to talk to someone who can help you organize and plan your schedule more efficiently so you are not so exhasted with all that you have to do. If you would like that type of help pleae let me know, i may be able to help you. You are an inspiration to women - keep up the good work.
I'm curious about how you started. I have a sister who is obese and has type 2 diabetes and can't afford to test at the moment and she feels like she has no way out. Please share what you did to achieve success rates with only the elimination diet.
Tara
