OK so now for an update. No more NS for me. Can't do it. Too full of junk that my body does not like. It's a hard lesson in life that there is NO EASY way to accomplish the goal of good health. None of these fad diets are life changing unless you do them for your whole life. IAAP is not a fad diet, it's a life change, and it would really benefit my children and husband... I know that. I have just been lazy and stupid. I hate that word, but, it fits!! I have had the information I need, I have to put it back into use. I fell off the wagon and I fell hard.
I am going in tomorrow to have all my bloodwork done - first time in a couple years - I am nervous. I hope I am not doing too horribly.
It's really beautiful here, weather-wise. It's been warm and the kids have had such great times playing outside after being cooped up all winter. They are running and digging and climbing trees and playing with the horses. It's so much better than being stuck in the house all the time.
Well that's it for now. Thanks for reading!

Hey,
I didnt realize there were so many women out there like me. As a matter of fact PCOS is new to me. I'd already self-diagnosed myself with ovarian cyst, to then actually go to the OBGYN (whose also a fertility specialist) to pay all this $$$ for blood work for him to tell me I have PCOS hmmmm. Great Blog keep up the good work. www.journey2conception.blogspot.com
