PCOS Made Easy CD Review and Contest!
Kate Marsh and Dr. Adam Fraser have masterfully created a guide to help women and girls with PCOS achieve healthier and happier lives with polycystic ovary syndrome. The CD " PCOS Made Easy", is a wealth of information about PCOS, PCOS Symptoms and how PCOS can affect the body. This however should not be mistaken as a PCOS overview, as it is so much more. It provides the tools women and girls need to help conquer the symptoms, leading to better health and control of PCOS.
It is very important for girls and women living with the syndrome to understand that PCOS is an endocrine (metabolic) disorder and it is not always simply controlled by taking medications, rather it requires changes to lifestyle to help maximize health and successful treatment.
Along with this rather enjoyable exploration of PCOS and the PCOS Lifestyle, the listener is also provided with a data disc that offers one of the most comprehensive set of tools for women and girls to develop a plan that will work for them including nutritional guides, exercise tips and tricks, cooking tips and facts on foods.
This CD empowers women and girls with PCOS by making information and tools accessible, understandable and most importantly, enjoyable. I believe it is an invaluable resource and am looking forward to incorporating it in to my own plan for better health with PCOS.
